Michele Illing retains the copyright to all images seen on this website. Images may not be reproduced or used for any purpose without the permission of the artist. Copyright remains with the artist after prints and/or originals have been purchased.

Postage/Delivery

Every effort is made to ensure goods arrive within 14 days of order confirmation, but please allow a maximum of 30 days for delivery.

I can deliver overseas, but please be aware that delivery time may be longer and certain conditions may apply. 

Please contact me if you have a special request.

Prints are sent via the Royal Mail ‘Signed For’ service.  

Originals are sent via Parcelforce Worldwide ‘Express48’. The parcel can be tracked and needs to be signed for.

 

Refunds/returns

If you are not happy with the painting or print you have purchased, I will gladly accept returns in their original condition within 30 days.

Once the returned print and/or originals have been received, you will be issued a full refund.
