Painting the sea in Mixed-media

Service Description

On this exciting one-day workshop at Newmills Farm Studio, I will be encouraging an experimental approach to large wave paintings, capturing the unique light of the Cornish coast and the unpredictable nature of the sea. Whether you are a beginner or more advanced artist, this workshop will take you through the steps to create your own individual piece of stunning artwork. We will use photographic reference and look at the inspirational work of several amazing artists who all love to paint the sea. The workshop is limited to just 6 students so please book early. All materials will be provided, as will refreshments during the day. Please bring a packed lunch.
