Lesson Outline
In this lesson we will tackle a picturesque townscape scene from France using a brush liner and plenty of watercolour washes. Line and wash is tailor made for this kind of subject matter.
Materials
Surface: 300lbs (NOT) Bockingford Watercolour Paper.
Pen / Ink: Black Indian Ink (Diluted, two strengths), Thin brush for line work.
Colours: Green Gold, Sap Green, Indigo, Yellow, Red, Indanthrene, Quinacridone Magenta, Raw Sienna, Manganese Blue, Burnt Umber, Burnt Sienna
